SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We partnered top manufacturers from China and Europe & USA. Most of our products are shipped from these three addresses. We sell to the USA, UK & EU countries only.
Here is an overview of our process:
Order delivery: 1-3 weeks (varies from time to time depending on the number of orders)
Express shipping is available for some products. Please contact us if you want us to send your order via express shipping(charges apply).
All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as a priority once the stock has been delivered to EURoyals.
All deliveries are traceable and require a signature, unless you the customer, selects the Standard Shipping – Authority to Leave option. Selecting this option gives the courier authority to leave the parcel unattended at your chosen address if they believe there is a safe place to leave it, and EURoyals will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.
1. You have a legal right to cancel the order if you change your mind until We have shipped your orders. If you want to return the product after it has been shipped, then you have to return it to the “Shipped from” address and We will be happy to give you a full refund(applicable to certain products)
2. For all returns please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number ( RA)
3. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange
4. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive an RA number
5. Complete the returns & exchange form ( included in your order & will be emailed to you)
6. We will pay the costs of your returns if the product received differs from product description or it is broken in accordance with the Returns Policy but if you want to return the product for other reasons then you will be responsible for the cost of returning Products to us (conditions apply)
We suggest using a Registered post with tracking as EURoyals can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition ( with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.
